China has announced plans to invest $20 billion in a steel plant on Kalimantan island, Indonesia's planning minister said on Tuesday.
"For Kalimantan there is private investment of $20 billion from China to build a steel factory," Minister Andrinof Chaniago told reporters after meeting with China's minister for national development in Jakarta.
